Meet Natalie!
Natalie Mason, MS, RD, CSSD, NASM-CPT is a Northern California-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She obtained both a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Education from California State University, Chico.

She went on to complete her Dietetic Internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Upon completion, Natalie worked as a clinical dietitian specializing in oncology as well as blood and marrow transplant.
After 5 years of clinical practice, Natalie left the hospital setting in pursuit of helping others with the prevention of chronic disease. She now has over seven years of experience in individualized nutrition care through virtual coaching. Her clients range from athletes (weekend warriors to the professional), busy executives and superheroes (stay-at-home moms) alike, and she knows how important a collaborative experience with other health professionals can be to achieve optimal results.

Natalie is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Sports and Human Performance Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group (SHPN). She is also Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and has her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
